If you take pride in building things that last, you’ll fit right in on our client’s manufacturing team. These Production Associates are the hands and heart behind industry-leading OEM and SCAG products built right here in Wisconsin.

This role is located in Mayville, WI - an easy commute from Fond du Lac, Beaver Dam, Waupun, or West Bend.

Role Highlights

... Starting pay: $19+/hr (based on experience)Full-time, steady hours, Monday–Friday, day shift + available overtimePay increases every 90 days after hire-on$2/hr shift differential once permanentTemp-to-hire with long-term growthSupportive team environment

What You’ll Do

Build and assemble mechanical/electrical components using blueprints and work instructionsMeasure, inspect, and verify quality to meet precise specificationsTroubleshoot and adjust components as neededMaintain an organized, safe, and efficient work area

What You’ll Bring

High school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and understand blueprintsExperience in assembly, machining, or manufacturing preferredReliable attendance and a team-first attitude
