Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

As a Production Associate, you will be part of our Test Lab and Build Lab teams, handling products returned for repair. You will be responsible for scanning products, performing basic tear downs, entering data into our computer system, cleaning products, and repackaging them as required. You will receive a Visual Aide (VA) to assist you in completing your tasks, which will change depending on the products you work with. In the Build Lab, you will test basic electrical connections, such as AC/DC plug-ins and breakers for power, and perform basic testing of Radio Frequency equipment through laptop applications and fiber connection tests.

ResponsibilitiesHandle and process returned products for repair.Scan products and complete basic tear downs.Enter information into the computer system accurately.Clean and repackage products as needed.Utilize Visual Aides to complete tasks efficiently.Test electrical connections and Radio Frequency equipment.Perform fiber connection tests.Conduct visual inspections for quality assurance.Troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues.Install and repair hardware, using hand tools like screwdrivers.Essential SkillsProficiency in using Excel, SAP, and Oracle, with the ability to be trained on specific programs.Strong computer literacy and comfort with navigating and documenting systems.Use of hand tools, primarily screwdrivers.Strong attention to detail to identify damages.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with hardware, cabling, inspection, and troubleshooting.Knowledge in quality control, mechanical and electronics installation, repair, and racking.Ability to perform server troubleshooting and electronics testing.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.75/hr.
