As a Production Associate, you will be part of our Test Lab and Build Lab teams, handling products returned for repair. You will be responsible for scanning products, performing basic tear downs, entering data into our computer system, cleaning products, and repackaging them as required. You will receive a Visual Aide (VA) to assist you in completing your tasks, which will change depending on the products you work with. In the Build Lab, you will test basic electrical connections, such as AC/DC plug-ins and breakers for power, and perform basic testing of Radio Frequency equipment through laptop applications and fiber connection tests.
