What you will do:
As a Production Associate I, your work will include include: UV Bond, packaging, operating and loading machines, measuring, material handling, coating, masking, mixing, blasting and inspection of product or components
Work from process work instructions and test procedures to complete tasks along with monitoring and recording related documentation to meet quality requirements.Using hands to manipulate/assemble small tools or objects.Follow production build rates, and schedules and meet required cycle times Interface with manufacturing systems using computers or other electronic devices as required.Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and final assembly devices. Red line documents in need of correction and assist with resolution. Execute validation protocols and engineering evaluations with supervision. Supports continuous improvements through idea submission and leading assigned projects. Responsible for set-ups, work preparation, clean-up, and quality assurance of own work and work area

High School or GED Manufacturing or Medical Device experiencePrior cleanroom experiencePrior experience working with measuring devices and microscopesPhysical & Cognitive Requirements:
Ability to focus on and see small objects under a microscopeAbility to sit for long periods of timeAbility to focus on detailed work for long periods of timeAbility to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basisAbility to discern colors#INDGQO
