Production Associate - EHS Description: **Production Associate – EHS** **Pay Rate** : EHS Production Associates start at $22.51 per hour. **Category/Shift** : Day Shift: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm **Physical Location** : 34040 Union Camp Drive Franklin, VA 23851 757-569-4321 **Position Description:** + Assist EHS Operator 1 with day-to-day tasks, including operating equipment in the wastewater treatment system, water distribution system, landfill, etc. + Must be self-motivated and able to work alone during large portions of the shift. + Maintain good housekeeping in EHS designated areas. + Participate in lock-out tag-out on EHS equipment. + Collect wastewater samples at designated locations. + Conduct monthly safety inspections on ladders, safety showers, fire extinguishers, etc. + Train to certify for Operator 1 position to fill on shift for vacations. + This position is largely self-driven. Successful candidates must be able to work outdoors (rain or shine), including at night and in more remote natural locations within the EHS area of responsibility. **Position Requirements:** + Must have a valid driver’s license + Minimum high school graduate, GED or equivalent work experience.
