We’re seeking a detail-oriented and driven individual to join our production team as an Entry-Level Plastic Component Operator. In this hands-on role, you’ll play a vital part in producing high-quality plastic components used across industries. What You’ll Do As a Plastic Component Operator, you’ll be involved in every step of the production process, including: Die cutting and inflating plastic parts Performing quality inspections and packing finished products Recording quantities of inspected parts Grinding scrap and procuring raw materials Operating auxiliary equipment and assisting with machine setup and cleaning Maintaining a clean and organized work area Supporting miscellaneous production tasks as needed What You Bring We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and brings: Experience with repetitive tasks and attention to detail Physical ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, crouch, kneel, reach, climb, push, pull, grasp, talk, hear, and feel Understanding of weights and measurements Ability to read precision measuring instruments and perform basic math (fractions & decimals) Strong judgment in identifying product defects Visual acuity for close-range tasks (20 inches or less) Ability to lift up to 70 lbs Prior experience in manufacturing or a similar environment is a plus Why Join Us?
