Key Responsibilities\n\nLead and support a team of production associates to meet daily production goals\nEnsure all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards are followed at all times\nAssign work, monitor performance, and provide real‑time coaching on the floor\nTroubleshoot basic production, quality, or personnel issues and escalate as needed\nVerify product quality and ensure parts meet customer specifications\nCommunicate production status, staffing needs, and issues to supervisors and management\nAssist with training and onboarding of new team members\nEnforce company policies, attendance expectations, and work standards\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and 5S activities

Must have experience working with micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Prior experience in metal stamping, or metal fabrication is a huge plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00/hr.
