**Job Title: Cleanroom Production Operator** **Job Description** A reputable manufacturer in the Indianapolis area is in search of diligent Cleanroom Assemblers to join their team across multiple shifts. This role involves working in a highly-regulated cleanroom environment, where precision and attention to detail are paramount. **Responsibilities** + Assemble both simple and complex devices with precision. + Operate automated assembly equipment efficiently. + Document and verify final and in-process procedures accurately. + Package and label the final product correctly. + Regularly read and interpret work procedures and assembly drawings. + Verify products using checklists to ensure quality. + Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly, including mechanical and hand assembly. + Experience with production and assembly line work. + Ability to use hand and power tools effectively. + Knowledge of cleanroom protocols and general labor tasks. **Available Shift & Pay** + 1st shift: 7:00AM to 3:00PM (Monday through Friday) - **$18** + 2nd shift: 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday through Friday) - **$18+($1.75/hr shift premium)** + 3rd shift: 11:00PM to 7:00AM (Sunday through Thursday) - **$18+($1.75/hr shift premium)** + ** Will be training on 1st shift for up to 2 weeks. ** **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team that values precision and quality.
