Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Production Associate, where you will be instrumental in building, assembling, inspecting, and repairing products. You will perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines while ensuring all work meets quality standards. Your role will involve communicating with various departments and suggesting improvements to enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
Responsibilities
Build, assemble, inspect, and repair products.Perform simple and complex maintenance on production and support machines.Review and complete necessary documentation on production processes, yield, rework, and scrap.Ensure all completed work conforms to production quality standards.Communicate requests and requirements to maintenance, engineering, and other departments.Suggest ways to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery.Set up, program, and run complex equipment and machine tools.Run and maintain test equipment according to procedure.Review processes and implement improvements following change procedures.Orient, train, and assign/review the work of other team members when necessary.Essential Skills
Proficiency in assembly, production, and general production processes.Experience in machine operation and using hand tools.Ability to work in a cleanroom environment.Mechanical aptitude and understanding.Additional Skills & Qualifications

This is a Contract position based out of Columbia, MO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.46 - $19.96/hr.
