Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
As a Production Worker you will be involved in the complete manufacturing process of magnet wire products. This role requires candidates to handle raw materials, operate machinery, and ensure the quality of production lines in a highly automated and clean environment.
Responsibilities
Handle raw materials to prepare for production.Feed raw wire into the production line as needed.Interpret specification sheets to set machines.Operate machines and troubleshoot basic issues.Read HMI touchscreen for quality assurance.Pull and document in-process enamel samples.Move finished spools of wire using an overhead crane.Store finished products in the warehouse with a forklift.Essential Skills
General labor and production skills.Experience with tape measure and general labor tasks.Machine operation and troubleshooting experience.Quality inspection and assembly line skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.Forklift certification or willingness to train.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work safely and independently.Capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.Willingness to work 12-hour shifts.Strong tenure at previous employers.Ability to read, write, and understand English work orders.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a temperature-controlled and clean space in the new 700 building, designed for more regulated environments. The position involves a 2/2/3 shift schedule, with options for 1st shift (8AM-8PM) or 3rd shift (8PM-8AM). The facility is highly automated, ensuring an easy-on-the-body job with a focus on attention to detail and self-motivation.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Franklin, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.11 - $22.36/hr.
