**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** Join a leading manufacturer of PCB/PCBA boards where you will work in one of three areas involving SMT, PTH Insertion Machines, and final assembly. Each area provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the production process using state-of-the-art equipment. **Responsibilities** + Load blank PCB/PCBA boards into the SMT machine and monitor SMT lines. + Load and unload component reels into the SMT machine, including changing reels and full carts. + Transition boards from SMT to PTH lines, ensuring continuous component feed into the machine. + Ensure solder paste levels are maintained for the wave machine process. + Mount completed PCB/PCBA boards into server boxes, following build sheets and using hand and power tools. + Perform pass/fail testing on assembled server boxes and document their movement. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and assembly processes. + Proficiency in machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + At least 1 year of work history. + Ability to lift up to 30lbs. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. + Ability to pass a 5th-grade level math test. **Why Work Here?** Experience working in an extremely clean and well-lit facility, equipped with brand-new machinery, all within a climate-controlled environment.
