Job Title: Production AssociateJob Description

The position involves reading and following wire harness assembly instructions, gathering materials and tools in an organized manner, and routing, wiring, and assembling electronic components using wire layout boards. The role requires performing numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions and operating semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers. Additionally, the position involves conducting functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using test fixtures, as well as performing visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.

ResponsibilitiesRead and follow wire harness assembly instructions.Gather materials and tooling necessary to perform work in an organized manner.Route, wire, and assemble electronic components using wire layout boards.Perform numerous hand assembly operations based on detailed instructions.Operate semi-automatic equipment such as crimp presses, wire twisters, and wire strippers.Conduct functional and continuity tests of wire harnesses and cable assemblies using friendly test fixtures.Perform visual and dimensional inspections of in-process assemblies and finished products.Essential SkillsExperience in assembly/production and a strong mechanical aptitude.Motivated and detail-oriented with excellent hand dexterity.Proficient in basic math skills.Possess good communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in assembly, electrical, and wiring.Proficiency in quality control, work instructions, and blueprint reading.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.50/hr.
