Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team in a facility that specializes in plasma spray coating for orthopedic implants, focusing on spine and large joint applications. The role involves creating precise, high-quality parts that meet stringent standards.

ResponsibilitiesHandle coating operations, including preparing each part for coating.Apply thin layers of coating and add fine beads to create texture, thickness, and coverage.Place coated parts into curing ovens and ensure proper cooling for correct bonding.Trim edges and touch up thin spots to ensure uniformity of each part.Perform inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years experience in a manufacturing role.Experience as an assembler is advantageous.Ability to use quality instruments like micrometers, calipers, and gages for inspection.Attention to detail is crucial; candidates with hobbies like painting or nail art tend to excel.Additional Skills & QualificationsCandidates should have stable work history, with no more than two job changes in one year.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment primarily involves sitting during the majority of the shift, with flexibility in start times between 6 AM and 8 AM. The position is part of the first shift, running from 7 AM to 2 PM, Monday through Friday.

The pay range for this position is $36400.00 - $36400.00/yr.
