**Job Title: Production Associate** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our team, specializing in plasma spray coating for spine and large joint orthopedic implants. This role involves creating precise, high-quality parts that meet strict industry standards. **Responsibilities** + Handle coating operations, including preparing parts for coating. + Apply thin layers of coating and add fine beads to create texture, thickness, and coverage. + Place coated parts into curing ovens and ensure proper cooling for optimal bonding. + Trim edges and touch up thin spots to ensure uniform appearance. + Perform inspections using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gages. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing role. + Experience with assembly, packing, and working with small parts. + Detail-oriented, with a preference for candidates who have artistic hobbies. + Strong tenure, with no more than two job changes in the past year. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in roles such as Trimming, Finishing, Deburring, Polishing, and Grinding. + Recently employed within the past two months. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy excellent benefits including healthcare, two weeks of PTO, and a 401k match.
