Job Title: Production Associate Trainee
Job Description
Aerotek's client is seeking a Production Associate Trainee, you will be trained across multiple departments and processes within our facility. This role offers exposure to a variety of manufacturing techniques and plays a vital role in producing high-quality aerospace components.
Responsibilities
Participate in gate grinding processes.Assist in shell removal and dewaxing operations.Engage in sand blasting tasks.Perform roto filing activities.Contribute to knock out operations.Support foundry operations.Essential Skills
Proficiency in using hand tools.General labor and production skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.Willingness to learn new skills hands-on.Strong attention to detail and safety.Team-oriented attitude.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with machine operation.Familiarity with construction, inspection, and power tools.Experience in loading and production tasks.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
