**Job Title: Production Operator** Pay:$20 - $26 Shift: Multiple open **Responsibilities** + Operate all equipment necessary to properly process and package finished products. + Load, unload, store, sample, and transfer raw materials, finished products, and miscellaneous items. + Maintain equipment through proper lubrication and minor repairs; report all malfunctions and needed repairs. + Perform all required 'in process' tests and adjustments. + Maintain accurate and complete records and charts. + Routinely sanitize and clean plant equipment and facilities. + Ensure all paperwork and forms are available and completed for their shift. + Perform material handling duties in accordance with OSHA and EPA standards. + Effectively communicate with all team members. + Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects. + Execute other responsibilities and projects as required. **Essential Skills** + 6+ months of forklift experience. + 1 year of manufacturing or construction experience. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
