Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Production Associates to join their team. As an Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing/packing/shipping/machine operator department supporting the production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production/Packing/Shipping/Machine Op Associates

Location: Monticello, IN

Pay Range: $10.50 - $16

Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, OT available some weeks

What's the Job?

Assist in the assembly and production of goods on the manufacturing line Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow safety protocols and quality standards Support team members to meet production goals

What's Needed?

No prior experience required for some positions; training provided Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong attention to detail and safety awareness Reliable and punctual attendance Ability to lift and handle materials as needed
