What this job involves: Join JLL's dynamic Capital Markets team as a Production Associate, where you'll serve as the operational backbone supporting our financing professionals. In this pivotal role, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions while driving marketing initiatives and client engagement efforts. You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment partnering with producers, analysts, and associates to maximize deal flow and contribute directly to our office's success across all property types. This position offers exceptional exposure to high-level commercial real estate transactions and the opportunity to develop expertise in capital markets while supporting a top-performing team.

What your day-to-day will look like:

Project manage debt/ISA transactions from engagement through closing, maintaining timelines and updating deal status in proprietary databases including Capforce and DealioCreate and edit high-quality presentations, pitches, and client deliverables using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite, collaborating with graphic design teams on premium materialsSupport business development activities including lead generation, deal origination, client outreach, and prospect relationship managementCoordinate client meetings, industry events, and real estate conferences, managing all logistics from venue selection to catering and materials preparationProcess transaction documentation, gather required approvals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with deal requirementsTrack and analyze team performance metrics, manage press releases, maintain calling lists, and prepare dual tracking reports for investment sales collaborationProvide administrative support including expense report processing, travel coordination, calendar management, and backup coverage for fellow production associates

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution1-3 years of experience supporting multiple professionals, preferably in commercial real estate or professional servicesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong presentation and document creation skillsExceptional organizational and project management abilities with proven success managing multiple priorities in high-volume environmentsStrong written and verbal communication skills with excellent proofreading and editing capabilitiesDemonstrated client service orientation with professional demeanor and collaborative working styleSelf-motivated individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills who can work independently

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM platform and commercial real estate transaction management systemsExperience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and graphic design principlesPrevious exposure to commercial real estate transactions, financing, or capital marketsKnowledge of real estate industry terminology, processes, and market dynamicsExperience coordinating large-scale events, conferences, or client entertainment activitiesUnderstanding of financial modeling, deal structuring, or investment analysis concepts
