**Job Title: Production Operator**
Job Description
As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for converting sealant and coating products from large drums into various sized bottles and containers. You will operate machinery to fill, label, and package these products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the process.
Responsibilities
+ Convert sealant and coating products from large drums to smaller containers as per customer requirements.
+ Operate machinery to fill bottles of various sizes, label them, and package them for shipment.
+ Ensure order sheets accurately reflect production output.
+ Add additional components to packaging as needed.
+ Complete up to 400 bottles per day depending on material and bottle size.
+ Clean and organize workstations at the end of each shift to maintain a tidy environment for the next operator.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in a fast-paced environment
+ Ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift
+ Capability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
+ Forklift experience (preferred)
+ Experience in the aerospace industry (preferred)

Work Environment
The work environment is clean, climate-controlled, and organized. Operators work at designated stations and may sit or stand depending on the task. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed shoes, is required. The facility is a smoke-free campus with smoking allowed only during lunch breaks. The shift runs from Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with some Saturday shifts required. Safety is a priority with regular training and compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
