What You’ll Be Doing
Assemble and test a variety of electro-mechanical products according to quality and production standards.
Keep production moving by picking, replenishing, and transporting materials using tuggers, forklifts, or hand trucks (training and certification provided).
Ensure accuracy by inspecting products, reporting part shortages, and scanning materials in our systems.
Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workspace, including machine cleaning and daily recycling tasks.
Support team flexibility by rotating across workstations and assisting with material handling as needed.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.
Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions in English.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
Previous experience in production or material handling is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.

The US base hourly range for this full-time position is $16.00- $19.00 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including role-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
