Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate in the aluminum fencing department, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products from production to shipment. You will be responsible for handling products from the extrusion line, inspecting them for defects, matching and packing them according to customer specifications, and preparing them for shipping. This position may involve light assembly tasks, inventory documentation, and assisting in other departments as needed.

ResponsibilitiesRemove products from extrusion or coating lines.Inspect products to ensure there are no defects and match them with specific orders.Pack products according to customer specifications.Load products onto skids, ensuring they are protected for shipping.Perform basic light assembly of parts as required.Accurately count and verify the completeness of shipments.Assist in other departments as needed.Operate a hand jack to move skids and push carts within the plant.Enter and remove items from inventory, managing paper and computer documentation.Essential SkillsExperience in production, assembly, inspection, and packing.Proficiency in using hand tools and general production processes.Ability to perform loading and packaging tasks.Additional Skills & QualificationsBasic packing and loading skills.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $17.25/hr.
