Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Associate where you will be responsible for handling ink drums, pouring paint into kits, and preparing them for shipment. You will also participate in maintaining the cleanliness of the facility during downtime.

ResponsibilitiesHandle and transport ink drums weighing 40-50 lbs.Pour paint into kits, cap them, and label them for shipment.Maintain cleanliness of the facility by scrubbing areas and performing minor housekeeping tasks.Essential SkillsExperience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.Ability to perform general production or warehouse tasks.Proficiency in basic math and reading digital scales.Capability to lift up to 25 lbs.Experience with machine operation and hand tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with assembly, general production, and packaging processes.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a small, clean, and non-climate controlled environment. The work shift is from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates will interview with the plant manager and receive a tour of the facility.

This is a Contract-to-hire position based out of Nashville, Tennessee.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
