Job Description
The Chemical Compounding Operator is responsible for producing batches of coatings and paints by following Batch Tickets to meet both customer and company specifications.
ResponsibilitiesProduce batches of coatings and paints by following Batch Tickets.Mix and blend chemicals according to specified formulations.Operate blending and batching equipment efficiently.Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).Maintain accurate batch records and documentation.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Essential SkillsExperience in batching, blending, or manufacturing with liquid-based products.Understanding of chemical mixing and compounding processes.Ability to follow detailed instructions and specifications.Experience in chemical operation and manufacturing.Positive attendance record.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food manufacturing is advantageous.Strong attention to detail and quality control.Work Environment
Shift is 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. - $19.60/hr
Initial training for all shifts occurs from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for one week.
Employees have the opportunity to work over 40 hours a week, with overtime being voluntary. Shift premiums are available for the second and third shifts. Dress code is typical for a manufacturing environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dayton, Nevada.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
