**CNC Machine Operator $20-23/hr - All Shifts Available** **Job Description** Join a leading manufacturer of German auto parts as a Production Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for loading parts onto the machine and performing basic inspections once they are processed. You will work in a production environment, handling the same parts repeatedly to ensure quality and consistency. **Responsibilities** + Load parts onto the machine for processing. + Perform basic inspections on parts after machining. + Repeat production processes to maintain quality and efficiency. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing. + Ability to operate CNC machinery and machine operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with micrometers and calipers. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. + Familiarity with assembly, production, and quality inspection processes. + Knowledge of machining, lathe, mill, industrial saw, press brake, and press operations. + Experience with CNC machining, Mazak, Haas, Fanuc setups. **Why Work Here?** Become part of a large employer that offers excellent growth opportunities. Candidates must be willing to train during day shifts for an extended period and be comfortable standing on their feet for the entire shift. Available shifts include 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday, and 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Sunday through Thursday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $24.00/hr.
