Job Title: Production Associate Location: Sparta, New Jersey Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $22 hourly Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm Duties and Responsibilities: + Learn to read cut sheets and cut material for manufacturing + Pull rubber edging from a spool onto a 50-foot worktable + Measure the rubber edging allowing for appropriate shrinkage during vulcanizing + Maintain appropriate inventory supplies + Assist in shipping orders to customers + Schedule work so orders meet required delivery dates Qualifications: + High School Diploma of equivalent + Ability to work independently with limited supervision + Ability to use a ruler in-order to take precise measurements + Prioritize and multitask + Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
