Temp-to-Hire position$17.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm)As a Production Associate, you will be tasked in the final assembly of small to medium tractors and or small off-road vehicles depending on which department you are in. You are assigned to a assembly cell where you will putting your mechanical skills to the test using hand and power tools to complete the final assemblies following customer specifications.
Assemble parts with hand tools and DC nut runnersConduct quality control checks Maintain inventory checks, oversee and gather partsResolve assembly problems by changing dimensions to meet specificationsDocument actions by filling out product and quality formsProduction Associate Qualifications:
Mechanically inclinedFollow Blueprints and Customer SpecsPrevious hands on mechanical and assembly experience preferredLifting up to 50lbsHigh school diploma or GEDApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
