Job Description
As a Production Associate, you will engage in a variety of tasks essential to garment production. This includes quality inspection of garments and graphic transfers, pressing componentry in garments, and counting and packing garments and transfers. You will be responsible for following job operating procedures and guidelines, as well as accurately completing hourly production record-keeping sheets and quality records. You will use tools such as craft picker hand tools, scales, rulers, and a t-shirt ruler guide. Additionally, you will perform manual activities including the movement and storage of products, materials, and pallets, and replenishing workstation supplies.
ResponsibilitiesConduct quality inspections of garments and graphic transfers.Press components onto garments for decoration.Count and pack garments and transfers.Follow job operating procedures and guidelines.Accurately fill out hourly production and quality records.Use tools such as craft picker hand tools, scales, rulers, and t-shirt ruler guides.Perform manual activities like moving and storing products, materials, and pallets.Replenish workstation supplies.Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.Learn and operate application machines and printing equipment.Be open to cross-training in different production areas.Essential SkillsExperience in production, general labor, and general production.Packaging and inspection skills.Attention to detail.Experience in a warehouse environment.Ability to read, write, and speak English or Spanish.Willingness to learn and engage in on-the-job training.Ability to operate manual pallet jacks and hand tools.Proficiency in ruler reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED.Ability to lift between 40-50 lbs.Capability to sit or stand for 8 hours.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a global company that manufactures and distributes materials for branding, packaging, and identification. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The dress code is casual; you can wear jeans, slacks, t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Steel-toed boots or sneakers are required. Please avoid wearing baggy clothing or loose/hanging jewelry.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
