Job Title: Production Associate
Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Production Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing a variety of production tasks using both power tools and hand tools to assemble, modify, or repair components and products. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

ResponsibilitiesOperate a wide range of power tools such as drills, grinders, and saws, as well as hand tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers to perform production tasks.Assemble components and products according to specifications, blueprints, or work instructions.Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues.Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).Assist with inventory management, material handling, and other general labor tasks as needed.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.Essential SkillsProficiency in using assembly tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and expanders.Experience with machine operations, including CNC machines, lasers, and FIN machines.Ability to read schematics and perform soldering assembly.Mechanical aptitude and a commitment to safety and quality.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with technical tools like micrometers.Willingness to learn and operate a variety of machines.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $45760.00/yr.
