This role supports the final stages of container production and surface preparation. Candidates will work hands-on with tools and materials to ensure each unit meets quality standards before delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Finish Line Team (2 Positions):
Remove tape from gaskets and inspect container finishesPull containers onto lifts for inspection and final touchesCheck for missing paint and perform minor touch-upsInstall vent covers, data plates, and apply caulkingDrill holes and stencil identification numbers on containersSandblasting Department (1 Position):
Prepare containers by blowing off dust and debrisLoad and unload sandboxes for blasting operationsPerform general cleanup and assist with heavy liftingOperate high-pressure hoses while wearing a blast hood (fresh air supplied)Must be comfortable in enclosed protective gearRequired Skills:Basic production and general labor experienceFamiliarity with hand tools and tape measuresAbility to read and follow basic blueprints (a plus)Comfortable with physical labor and working in industrial environmentsPreferred Qualifications:Sandblasting experienceMechanical aptitudePositive attitude and eagerness to learnMilitary or industrial is a plusPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
