Job Title: Production Line Assembler

Job Description

Join our team as a Production Line Assembler, where you will be responsible for assembling various versions of natural gas and liquid propane boilers. This role requires a mechanically inclined individual who is comfortable working with large components. You will be part of a dynamic production line team dedicated to quality and efficiency.

Work Environment

The work environment requires wearing PPE, including steel-toe boots and long-sleeved shirts. Be prepared to work in a bright, clean, and occasionally noisy facility due to power tools. The indoor temperature can reach up to 35 degrees in the summer. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, with breaks and no mandatory overtime during the contract period. The team consists of 55 individuals, including 35 in assembly.

ResponsibilitiesInstall and assemble components on the assembly line using hand and power tools.Pick parts for production from bins and ensure quality checks.Pass assembled products onto the next station and ensure the area is clean and tidy.Move boilers from the production line onto pallets, package them, and use a pallet jack to transport skids to the shipping area.Engage in repetitive movements such as standing, bending, lifting, twisting, and crouching throughout the shift.Essential SkillsMechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.Experience in packaging, assembly, or general labor work in a manufacturing facility.Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively and work in a physically demanding environment.Proficient English communication skills for safety and instruction adherence.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in industrial manufacturing and Lean manufacturing environments.Highly organized with attention to detail.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
