Job Description
Join our dynamic team in a production environment that creates food products. You will have the opportunity to work both indoors and outdoors, taking on tasks such as cleaning product bins, power washing, painting equipment, and performing general labor duties. Your role will also involve working in refrigerated areas where you will repalletize products, sort finished boxes, and conduct inventory.

Work Environment
The work environment is a food manufacturing setting, characterized by varying temperatures—cold in the winter and warm in the summer. You will be exposed to strong smells from garlic, jalapeños, salsa, and taco sauce. Shifts may be 10 or 12 hours long, requiring comfort with standing for extended periods. Safety gear including gloves, beard nets, hair nets, ear plugs, and safety glasses are provided, though you will need to supply your own steel toe boots.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hurlock, Maryland.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
