Seeking Production Associates in Boulder - $25/hourJob Description-

Hey there! We're looking for a General Production Worker to join our awesome team. If you enjoy hands-on work and don't mind getting a little dirty, this job is for you. You'll be doing a variety of tasks to keep our production running smoothly in all kinds of outdoor conditions.

Shift & Pay-1st Shift: Tues - Saturday, 7 AM - 5 PM - $25/hourResponsibilities-Get Physical: Shovel rock, wash scrubber slabs, and chop clay.Help Out: Assist with equipment repairs and inspections, grease crusher screens.Keep It Clean: Operate a sweeper to keep concrete areas tidy and make sure everything's clean.General Labor: Fetch tools, handle clinkers, and lend a hand wherever needed.Essential Skills-Experience: You've worked in production or general labor before.Handy: You're good with hand tools and know your way around aggregate materials.Strong: You can stand, stoop, bend, lift up to 60 pounds, and climb stairs, ladders, and catwalks up to 60 feet.Additional Skills & Qualifications-Nice to Have: Experience with operating equipment.Must Have: High school diploma or GED.Work Environment-Outdoors: Must be willing to work in all kinds of weather—cold, hot, dry, dusty, and rainy.Team Centered: We value teamwork and support, with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
