We are seeking dedicated Production Associates to join our dynamic team on the A and C shifts. The A shift operates every other Wednesday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, while the C shift runs every other Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6 am to 6 pm. This role is perfect for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a positive attitude, as training will be provided. Prior experience in electronic manufacturing, particularly with through-hole or surface mount soldering, is a plus, but we welcome entry-level candidates from various backgrounds, including retail, fast food, and other manufacturing fields.

Work EnvironmentOur manufacturing environment features suitable lighting, comfortable temperatures, and a moderate noise level. The position requires the ability to sit or stand for the duration of the shift, with lifting limited to 10-15 lbs. Shifts are 12 hours long, requiring flexibility and endurance.
