Our client, a leading manufacturer in the technology sector, is seeking a Production Associate 1st Shift to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the production team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well as a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Associate 1st Shift

Location: Attleboro, MA

Pay Range:  $20-$24/hr.

Shift: 1st Shift

What's the Job?

Safely and efficiently meet all production work requirements assigned by following operating procedures and work instructions. Troubleshoot problems quickly and efficiently, seeking advice where necessary. Produce the highest standard of quality products in accordance with the company’s ISO 9001:2015 procedures. Visually inspect products throughout the stages of production to identify defective parts and ensure conformity. Assist in maintaining an organized and clean workplace using 5S procedures.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and effectively communicate verbally. Ability to move and lift up to 25 pounds and maintain consistent attendance.
