**Introduction**
IBM Think is IBM’s omnichannel media and events hub, bringing together content that generates awareness, engagement, impact and new digital relationships with visitors and clients. We’re building a team of creators, writers, journalists and technologists who can help people better understand and successfully adopt emerging technologies. We’ll do this by producing exclusive, high-quality content—explainers, feature articles, thought leadership, industry news and analysis, podcasts, newsletters, tutorials, demos and more—that help visitors make sense of new technologies and new ways or working, and connect them to ways IBM can help.
**Your role and responsibilities**
As a production associate, you’ll support the editorial team by helping produce and format content across IBM Think’s digital platforms. Working with guidance from a production editor and a program manager, you’ll help build articles in Adobe Experience Manager and newsletters in Marketo, ensuring layout consistency, link functionality, image optimization and accessibility compliance.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who’s comfortable with digital tools and excited to learn how content is brought to life in a fast-moving editorial and marketing environment. While you won’t be responsible for editorial decision-making or writing, you’ll play a critical part in delivering IBM’s thought leadership content to a global audience.
The ideal candidate has an eye for detail, a willingness to learn new tools and a collaborative spirit. This role provides strong foundational experience in digital publishing operations and content systems.
**Required technical and professional expertise**

Some experience in content publishing, marketing operations or digital media (internships or academic projects welcome)
*
Familiarity with CMS tools (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress) and email platforms (e.g., Marketo, Mailchimp)
*
Ability to follow structured processes and apply feedback to improve quality
*
Strong organizational skills and a meticulous approach to layout, formatting and QA
*
Comfort using task management tools and communicating across teams
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
*
Interest in learning AEM, Marketo and enterprise content tools and workflows
*
Basic knowledge of accessibility standards and digital publishing best practices
*
Interest in technology, media or enterprise communications is a plus
