We are looking for a Production Associate to work with our expert team of employees across the world. Do you have a passion for bioprocessing filtration? Then we would love to hear from you.

The Production Associate position is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.

This position reports to the supervisor and is part of the Hollow Fiber team located in Westborough, MA and will be an on-site role.


What you will do:

Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed.

Perform manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.

Works with team lead, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.

Maintain daily production output

Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.


Who you are:

Must be a Contractor with Cytiva for a minimum of 90 days or a Cytiva full time employee to be considered for full time employment.

High School Diploma or local equivalent

Minimum 6 months of manufacturing experience.

If would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Windows 7 and 10 as well as Microsoft Office products

Aware of and comply with Stop Order, Concessions, ESD, Calibration, Preventative Maintenance, Material Identification & Segregation, and Good Documentation Practices, as associated with this job type/position.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
