The Wahpeton, ND location is seeking a Production Assistant Lead to join our team.

Job Description

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

In this role you will perform assigned tasks and functions in accordance with organizational instructions, established safety procedures and ISO standards. Monitor the production processes to ensure the final product quality meets the customer’s specification. Assigns, develop and direct team members to competently perform the below in a manner that meets the production schedule targets, productivity goals and product specifications:

Set up and operate all equipment according to company procedures, standards, and work instructions.Follow all processing, measuring, packaging, and shipping procedures as directed.Help identify and resolve production-related issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.Ensure all team members adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.Assist with training and guidance to new and existing production workers,Complete all computer work and paperwork neatly and correctly as directed.Comply with all company labor policies.Work 65% hands on the production floorPerform any other duties as assigned or required.
