At Sensient Technologies, we are experts in color and flavor. We are currently seeking a Production Assistant to join our Production Department, who possesses the qualifications listed below, to work in our company that develops and produces natural extracts and food colorants.

What you’ll do:

Design and implement production processes that meet quality, safety, and efficiency standardsContinuously monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvementEnsure that all production processes are carried out in accordance with the instructionsProvide technical support to production personnel to troubleshoot process issuesDevelop and implement process improvements to increase yields, reduce waste, and improve product qualityEnsure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements and company policies

What you’ll bring: 

Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, food Engineering or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills & Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent command in EnglishPreferably 2 years of experience in food or chemical manufacturingKnowledge of process design, optimization, and controlExperience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean)
