Position Summary:
The Production Assistant-Graphic Cases is responsible for supporting the Material group within the Graphic Case Production department. This effort includes, but is not limited to, shipping/receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, assisting with organizing and maintaining existing inventory through an ERP system, scheduling and staging jobs for assembly, and communicating timelines and follow-ups with outside vendors. This individual works with the entire department to ensure products and orders are being fulfilled in a timely manner.
Essential Functions:
Packages and verifies counts of parts to outside servicesCreates Purchase Orders from production orders for outside servicesReceives and process es incoming/outgoing ordersAssists in loading/unloading, sorting, stocking, and packaging ordersCommunicates priorities with vendorsAssists the Supervisor in inventory managementSupports the maintenance of current and accurate records of inventory, including transfers and cycle countsAdheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policiesEnsures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your roleRepresents the company in a professional manner and uphold the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third partiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Qualifications:
