If you enjoy precise, tactile work, take pride in quality and like being part of a close-knit production team, this role is for you. Key duties: + Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products to drawing and quality standards + Test and troubleshoot assemblies; document results and flag issues + Help improve processes, reduce waste and share ideas with the team + Keep a tidy, safe workstation and support colleagues across production + Participate in training to become proficient in production tasks + Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines Required Skills & experience Essential: + Experience in assembly, production or technician role, in a manufacturing environment. + Comfortable using hand tools, measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers) and test equipment + Able to read basic engineering drawings and follow written procedures + Good manual dexterity and attention to detail + Reliable, able to work in shifts if required Desirable: + Experience in an engineering environment + Basic electrical knowledge or experience testing electronic assemblies Perks + Full training & career development + Supportive team, on-site parking/commuting benefits, + Temporary position with the potential for extension
