Responsibilities Assemble products and components according to blueprints and instructions. Use hand and power tools to position, align, and fasten parts. Inspect all work for quality and adherence to specifications. Operate automated assembly equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation using 5S principles. Collaborate with the team to meet production goals and improve processes.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or hands-on role. Strong math skills for accurate measuring and calculation. Basic computer skills for accessing work orders and systems. Able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and stand for 8-hour shifts. Valid Class 5 Driver's License and own reliable transportation. Ability to start immediately (next business day). Ability to pass a criminal record check. Ability to provide 2-3 professional references. Must have own required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), including steel toe safety boots. Proven skill to read blueprints and use hand/power tools. Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
Employment Details Schedule: Day Shift - Monday to Thursday, 6:00AM to 4:30 PM - $18.50/HR Afternoon Shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM - $19.00/HR Location: Bradford, Ontario Type: Temporary to Permanent role. Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: Weekly pay
