Location: Largo, FL area

Shifts Available:

2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday – Friday) – $21.45/hour3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday night – Friday morning) – $22.43/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and reliable Production Assemblers / Mechanical Assemblers to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and subassemblies in a fast-paced production environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong work ethic and at least one year of experience in manufacturing or production.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical parts and components according to work instructions, blueprints, or schematicsUse hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasksPerform quality checks to ensure products meet specificationsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow safety protocols and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Must Have:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentComfortable working in a standing position for extended periodsWillingness to work assigned shift and occasional overtime as needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
