Production and Technology Supervisor

**The Position**
As a Production and Technology Supervisor you will coordinate and monitor, through the activities of shift managers/assistants, the production processes and plant operations about production, quality, safety, health and environmental parameters.
**Tasks & Responsibilities**
+ Ensure compliance with the production plan and communicate any deviations to allow for its adjustment.
+ Request the issuing of documentation relating to the processes, check and close production documents, verifying their compliance with cGMP.
+ Draft the procedures relevant for production activities.
+ Perform personnel training regarding CAPA, procedures update and new equipment installations.
+ Ensure that team members follow production schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
+ Follow and support activities during inspections/audits to the company.
+ Allocate resources effectively and adjust workloads to meet production targets and deadlines.
**Requirements**
+ Degree in Industrial Chemistry or Organic Chemistry.
+ At least 3 years of experience in API manufacturing sector in similar position.
+ Fluency in Italian and English language (written and verbal communication).
+ Teamwork, ability to work in a cross-functional matrix team, influencing skills.
+ Capability to organized and prioritized task.
