GENERAL PURPOSE:   Collect various inventory levels by conducting cycle counts and create plate packets for new dies.  

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Perform scheduled and ad‑hoc cycle counts to verify on‑hand inventory levels and ensure accuracy within the Warehouse Management System.Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction history, researching root causes, and communicating findings to supervisors.Document cycle count results and update records to maintain accurate inventory data.Process all incoming plates and generate plate packets for new codes to support production readiness and inventory accuracy.Participate in scheduled safety audit walks to identify hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare and ship dies in accordance with established procedures.Performs other job duties as assigned.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Must have minimum two years’ experience in printing or manufacturing.Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.Must have good mathematical and mechanical skills.Must have good written and communication skills.Must be able to pay attention to detail and have a good attitude.Must be able to work well with others under a variety of circumstances.Good analytical and communication skills, ability to multitask.Must work well with others as will interact with all production staff and management.Must be able to maintain good attendance.Must be willing to work overtime as needed; significant overtime may be required during busy periods.Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
