Production, Shipping & Sanitation Roles – Newmarket

Location: Newmarket, ON
Employment Type: Temporary with possibility to become Permanent (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $18–22/hour depending on role

Our client in Newmarket is hiring for several hands-on roles to support daily operations. They are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals for the following positions:

Open Positions:

Production Sanitation Associate – $20/hour
Maintain clean and safe work areas, sanitize equipment, and support operational safety protocols.

Warehouse & Shipping Associate (Forklift Required) – $20–22/hour
Operate forklifts, pick and prepare orders, manage incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintain accurate records.

Batch Production Mixer – $18–20/hour
Prepare and blend products according to batch specifications, monitor processes for consistency, and maintain clean work areas.

What You’ll Do:

Support daily operations in a busy, hands-on environment.

Follow safety and operational protocols.

Collaborate with your team to meet daily targets.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace.

Qualifications:

Experience in operations, batch production, warehouse, or similar roles preferred.

Forklift certification required for Warehouse & Shipping Associate role.

Knowledge of food handling and safety protocols is a strong asset.

Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused.

Comfortable with hands-on physical work, including lifting, standing, and moving materials.
