DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

We are seeking a Product / User Interface Documentation Intern to support the creation and maintenance of clear, user-friendly documentation for our digital products and interfaces. This internship offers hands-on exposure to product development, UX/UI design, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Assist in documenting product features, workflows, and user interface componentsHelp create and update user guides, release notes, and internal documentationCollaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure documentation is accurate and up to dateSupport efforts to improve documentation clarity, consistency, and usability

QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field (e.g., Communications, Technical Writing, UX/UI, Information Systems, or similar)Strong written communication skills and attention to detailInterest in digital products, user experience, and design systemsAbility to learn quickly and work collaboratively
