Product Technical Complaints Senior Associate with German
Purpose:
The purpose of this job is to record, verify, prioritize, and handle technical product complaints according to process documentation, including escalations and the sample handling process.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities:
Process of Product Technical Complaint Cases, including receiving of complaints, entering into internal IT Tool, processing, and final closingIdentify escalation needs and notify appropriate functionApply country specific requirements and product specific requirements during processing of Technical Complaint casesSupport sample handling and reimbursement processCreate letters to complainants and 3rd party companiesMaintain interfaces and communication with internal and external call centers, manufacturing sites, country quality units and complainants to obtain complete case information and investigate thoroughlyPrepare standardized KPI reporting’sEnsures an appropriate documentation, archiving and record-keeping process in compliance with applicable regulations and standard operating procedures
Who Your Are:
Medical/pharmaceutical/ natural science backgroundProven professional experience in the respective process or similar area (quality related)Ability to use the relevant IT systems (e.g., SAP)Computer literacy, ability to use the office suiteAbility to lead teleconferences in an international contextEnglish language at least B2 written and spokenGerman language at least B2 written and spokenDutch language - beneficialAnalytical skillsStrong customer focus YOUR APPLICATION
