As the **Product** **Technical and** **E** **xperiences** **Manager** ofmobile devicesin Brazil, you will play a crucial role inlaunch new products,showcasingcutting-edgemobile technology to our customers, and ensuring that our products provide a delightful experience to end-users, based on the knowledge of Brazilian consumer behaviors,preferencesand trends.
Our Portfolio Management and Execution team enables businesses through technicalexpertise,leveragingour deep understanding of regional dynamics. We connect the power of unified storytelling with local realities, expertly negotiate requirements and competitive advantages, and deliver global products and services through localized execution.
The role will report directly to the Portfolio Management & ExecutionSr ManagerforBrazil
**Key Responsibilities:**
TechnicalManagement:
+ **Carrier Technical Account Management** New products homologation, technical requirements analysis and Carriers technical roadmapalignment.
+ **Quality** **Assurance** **:** Ensurethequalityandcompletenessofmilestonesleadingtotechnicalacceptancefromcustomers.Prioritizeandaddresstechnicalissues,workingcloselywithengineeringtoresolvethembeforeproductlaunch.
+ **B2B** **technical support** Understand costumer requirements,solutionsand technical support forimplementation
Product Experiencesdeployment:
+ **Engage with product management, engineering, and design teams** to ensure deep understanding and alignment on product experiences roadmap, uniqueexperiencesand key messages.
+ **Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis** toidentifytrends, opportunities,collect customer / consumer feedback. Developproduct experience landscape and provide feedback to the experience development team.
+ **Develop and manage product demos and training materials** to empower sales,marketingandtradeteams. Provide “train the trainer” support.
+ **Costumer Engagement:** Support sales teams throughout the sell-in process and engage with customers topromote valuepropositionof the experiences
**Qualifications** **:**
+ Demonstratedproficiencyinnegotiationandcreativecustomerengagementtechniques,complementedbyexcellentpresentationskillsandstronginterpersonalabilities.
+ UnderstandingofSmartphonestechnology.
+ Knowledgein softwarearchitectureandprocesses.
+ KnowledgeofIPtelecommunicationsnetworks,cellularnetworks (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB),andcellularcommunicationtechnologies(3G, 4G, 5G,VoLTE,VoWiFi, etc.).
+ Familiarity with cellular equipment and understanding of the Android operating system.
+ Bachelor'sdegreein Computer Systems Science, IndustrialEngineering,Electronics,Telecommunications
+ MBAisa Plus.
+ FluencyinEnglish(oralandwritten)isa must. Spanishlanguageisa plus.
+ Willingnesstotravel(approximately20%).
