As the Product Technical and Experiences Manager of mobile devices in Brazil, you will play a crucial role in launch new products, showcasing cutting-edge mobile technology to our customers, and ensuring that our products provide a delightful experience to end-users, based on the knowledge of Brazilian consumer behaviors, preferences and trends.
Our Portfolio Management and Execution team enables businesses through technical expertise, leveraging our deep understanding of regional dynamics. We connect the power of unified storytelling with local realities, expertly negotiate requirements and competitive advantages, and deliver global products and services through localized execution.
The role will report directly to the Portfolio Management & Execution Sr Manager for Brazil
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Management:
Carrier Technical Account Management New products homologation, technical requirements analysis and Carriers technical roadmap alignment.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and completeness of milestones leading to technical acceptance from customers. Prioritize and address technical issues, working closely with engineering to resolve them before product launch.
B2B technical support Understand costumer requirements, solutions and technical support for implementation
Product Experiences deployment:
Engage with product management, engineering, and design teams to ensure deep understanding and alignment on product experiences roadmap, unique experiences and key messages.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, collect customer / consumer feedback. Develop product experience landscape and provide feedback to the experience development team.
Develop and manage product demos and training materials to empower sales, marketing and trade teams. Provide “train the trainer” support.
Costumer Engagement: Support sales teams throughout the sell-in process and engage with customers to promote value proposition of the experiences
Qualifications:
Demonstrated proficiency in negotiation and creative customer engagement techniques, complemented by excellent presentation skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
Understanding of Smartphones technology.
Knowledge in software architecture and processes.
Knowledge of IP telecommunications networks, cellular networks (WiFi, Bluetooth, USB), and cellular communication technologies (3G, 4G, 5G, VoLTE, VoWiFi, etc.).
Familiarity with cellular equipment and understanding of the Android operating system.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications
MBA is a Plus.
Fluency in English (oral and written) is a must. Spanish language is a plus.
Willingness to travel (approximately 20%).
