Job Summary:

As a Product Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance for both standard and non-standard systems, warranty efforts, and remedial repairs. Will be under the general supervision of the Customer Manager.

What you will do:

In a call center environment provide technical support, troubleshooting, and resolve urgent technical issues help requests via email, CRM, and/or by phone.

Complete tickets, weekly time sheets, expenses, and/or project in a timely manner.

Stay current with training on all new and updated systems and equipment.

Assists with Parts Ordering and Warranty Analysis.

Assists with developing training materials and training users on software and hardware.

Possesses a thorough knowledge of ATS, Switchgear, and other systems. · Monitor status of Helpdesk Tickets, CAT-ISO (RFQ and Orders), and SWGR_DPSC@cat.com

Identifies and escalates complex issues to management.

Effectively deliver professional development training to groups and individuals in an engaging, informative manner.

Facilitate training in various formats, including workshops, webinars, and small groups sessions.

Deliver interactive and engaging learning experiences to encourage participation and skill development.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training programs.

Participate in train-the-trainer sessions with working group members, leaders, and others in the organization to adapt our new and existing training programs

Plan, develop and implement comprehensive professional development and training plans/programs.

Develop training manuals, visual aids and other program material to support learning and development initiatives.

What you will have:

High School diploma or GED.

Experience working in the customer service industry, problem solving trouble shooting, training, and/or mechanical assembly.

Beginner to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Top candidates will have:

Ability to understand, assemble and/or wire to diagrams / schematics with precise detail.

Fluent Spanish speaker looking to excel in a role that thrives on client interaction.

Previous training experience.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods.

Ability to perform repetitive operations.

Ability to lift to 35 lbs.

Shift

Monday through Friday; 8AM – 5PM. Additional overtime based on business needs.

Summary Pay Range:

$27.25 - $35.45
