Product Support Manager, Shopping Initiatives and Programs

This opportunity will remain online based on business needs which may be before or after the specified date. **Minimum qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. + 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations management roles, leading and implementing projects with cross-functional teams. **Preferred qualifications:** + Experience leading and influencing complex efforts that span multiple teams and functions. + Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects with engaging priorities while working independently to drive projects to completion with effective attention to detail. + Ability to distill complexity into simplicity, draw insights from data, and recommend and execute a path forward. + Excellent problem-solving, strategic and investigative skills. We manage the operational budget, drive executive reviews, maintain key partnerships, and ensure the health and comprehensiveness of data resources. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google (https://careers.google.com/benefits/) . **Responsibilities:** + Play a leading role in defining, maintaining, and obtaining insights into key metrics across the gUP Shopping portfolio. + Develop a strategic perspective on how to up-level Shopping’s reporting capabilities, and define the roadmap to implement improvements. + Collaborate across the team and implement strategies to ensure consistency and continued alignment on key metrics and sources of truth. + Own key components of executive and team-level reviews, supporting monthly, quarterly and reporting needs. + Navigate ambiguity to solve complex reporting challenges.
